years that the locust hath eaten,

my great army which I sent

         Joel 2:25

What does the word restoration mean to you? We may think of making something like new again
or just like it was in the beginning.
When we think of personal restoration, do we think of being brought back to a place of looking
    like new again?
For many of us, going back to start over just gives us a chance to make the same mistakes over
again. But this time better. Restoration does not always mean to take us back to the beginning so
we can do it all over again.
God looks at restoration as a way to bring us back into His plan for our lives. Yes, He has a plan
for you. The question is; have you stepped out of His plan and into your own? Many of us have
    to answer "Yes".

    Jeremiah  29:11 states;
I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil,
to give you a future and a hope.  (NKJV)

The Message Bible Translation states it this way.

I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out--plans to take care of you, not abandon you,
plans to give you the future you hope for.

Have you lost hope? Does the future look dismal? Maybe you need to be restored back to Gods
    plan for your life.

When God brings restoration to us, it comes with love. Through salvation we are restored back
into Gods plan. No longer are we separated from God by sin but now we are considered a child
    of God.
God’s restoration process is so much better than our ways.

    Ephesians 3:20  States,
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly  above all that we ask or think, according
to the power that worketh in us,  (KJV)

So if we allow God to work His plans with us, He will do exceeding abundantly  above all that we
ask or think. That is so powerful. We only need to trust Him and believe His word.

    Another scripture  that we need to look at is found in Romans 12:2 which states;

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that
ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (KJV)

By the renewing of your mind means , By the making new; the changing into new views and
feelings.  God doesn’t change us and then leaves us to fend for ourselves. He helps us by changing
our views and our feelings and thought processes. This clarifies the direction which we should
take. Step by step, walking in His plan for us. He will always be there for you.

Hebrews 13:5  Don't be obsessed with getting more material things. Be relaxed with what you
have. Since God assured us, "I'll never let you down, never walk off and leave you," (Message
    Bible)

Our prayer should be as in Psalms 25:4.
Show me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
